Print setting
- Applicable wavelength: 395-405nm
- Operating temperature: 18-35°C
- Exposure time: 20-30s on the lower layer, 8s on the normal layer
- Adjust the setting until you get the best printing performance.
Operating instructions
(1) Before use:
- Shake the liquid resin before use;
- Clean the resin tank and the moulding platform to keep the bottom of the resin tank translucent.
- Wear gloves and stay in a ventilated area!
(2) In use:
- Unscrew the cap and add to the resin tank according to the equipment requirements;
- Select the appropriate printing parameters and settings.
(3) After use:
- After printing, use appropriate tools for post-processing including knife, diagonal forceps, tweezers, containers, gloves; ethanol (≥ 95%), lactate or isopropyl alcohol cleaning solution; high-pressure mercury lamp or LED lamp (starting peak is between 360-405 nm); oven.
(4) Steps after processing:
- Remove the printed model from the forming platform with a knife.
- Immerse the model in the cleaning solution, rinse or ultrasonic wash it for 1 minute, then remove and dispose of it.
- Completely immerse the model in distilled water, evenly irradiate it with a high-pressure mercury lamp, LED lamp or expose it to sunlight.
- Place the model in an oven, set it for 20 minutes at 50°C and then let it cool down naturally to room temperature.
- Proper processing, such as removal of support, polishing, colouring, etc.
