Ja, wij doen herstellingen aan haast ELKE FDM printer (filament printers).
Wij zijn verdeler van FLSUN, Creality, PRUSA en Bambu Lab, maar doen eveneens herstellingen aan andere merken van filament printers.
Contacteer ons gerust indien u een probleem hebt met uw 3D printer, ook als u deze niet bij ons gekocht hebt.
Meestal weten wij wel raad of hulp te bieden, dankzij onze jaren ervaring.

How can I pay on 3DSupplies.be?

You can pay in different ways:

Do the prices on 3DSupplies.be include VAT?

Yeah, that's right. The prices include VAT, but do not include shipping costs.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping to Belgium costs only €6.00 per package, regardless of the size or weight of your order.
Shipping to the Netherlands costs only €10.50 per parcel, regardless of the size or weight of your order.
Shipping to France costs €18.00 per parcel, regardless of the size or weight of your order.

Free shipping?
Sorry, we have to pay our shipments to DPD as well, by weight. To make free shipping financially feasible, we would have to store each item a few euros, which is not fair to people who place 'bigger' orders and pay too much.
That is why we have chosen to charge everyone the same transport cost.
This way, someone who places a larger order actually gets a discount, because we do not charge the extra price for shipping a heavier package.

PLEASE NOTE: All orders (including those for collection) must be paid in full before they are dispatched.

Can I pick up too?

Yes, you can and pick it up is always free of charge!
The pick-up point is located at Stationsstraat 12, 2830 Willebroek (Belgium) and is open at:

Tuesday from 18.00 to 20.00
Thursday from 18.00 to 20.00
Saturday from 15.00 to 18.00.

PLEASE NOTE: All orders must be paid in full before they can be collected. You will receive an email when the goods are ready for pick-up.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We try to deliver your order as soon as possible. After receipt of payment, delivery is expected to take up to 7 working days, provided the items are in stock. If an article is not in stock, we will inform you and give you an indication of the delivery time.

Keep in mind that, due to the hustle and bustle since COVID19, a package can sometimes be on the road for a few days longer.

If you choose pickup you will receive an e-mail when the order is ready and can be picked up.

I have not received a confirmation of my order. Is this normal?

A confirmation will always be sent to the email address you provided. Be sure to take a look in your junk mail or spambox, sometimes the mail ends up there.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you can. If you wish to return an article, you must inform us in writing within 14 calendar days after receipt of the article. After registration, the article must be sent within 7 calendar days (date of postmark applies). The returned product must be returned in new condition, in its original, undamaged packaging, in perfect condition, with all delivered accessories and documentation, accompanied by the invoice.
Is an item under warranty? Then we will be happy to exchange it for you. All costs, except the shipping costs to return the item, will be fully covered by us.
